Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the rules for using Top Offshore Betting Sites at ride2recovery.com. We publish research, rankings and explanations about offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors — we do not take bets, hold funds, or operate any gambling site. By reading, comparing or clicking through from this site, you accept the terms below.

You must be at least 21 to use this site and the sportsbooks we cover (18 only where an operator's own rules and your jurisdiction allow it). If gambling is causing harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24/7. Our responsible gambling guidance explains the tools available and where offshore sportsbooks fall short of regulated operators.
What this site is and what it is not
Top Offshore Betting Sites is an independent comparison publisher. We research sportsbooks licensed outside the United States — commonly in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — that accept US players. We describe their odds, pricing, market coverage, bonuses, banking and payout record based on publicly available information and operator disclosures.
- We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, payment processor or betting agent.
- We do not accept deposits, place wagers, hold balances or process withdrawals.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any state gaming commission or regulator.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute between you and an operator, and we have no authority to release a withheld payout.
Any account you open is a contract between you and that operator, governed by their terms, their house rules and the law of their licensing jurisdiction — not ours.
Legal status, eligibility and your own responsibility
Offshore sportsbooks are licensed offshore. They are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or board, and they are not authorized to serve bettors in a specific US state simply because they accept US customers. For US bettors this sits in a legal grey area: federal and state law is not uniform, enforcement has historically focused on operators rather than individual bettors, and several states prohibit unlicensed online gambling outright.
Practical consequences you accept when you use information on this site:
- No US player protections. Segregated player funds, mandated dispute resolution, state-backed complaint processes and guaranteed payouts do not apply to offshore betting sites. If an operator delays or refuses payment, you have limited recourse.
- State law varies. Some states run fully regulated online sportsbooks and racebooks through their gaming commission or board; others restrict or prohibit online betting. Check the rules that apply where you are before you register.
- Age. Most offshore sportsbooks set 18 as a minimum, but the standard in most US states is 21. We write for readers 21 and over.
- Tax. Gambling winnings may be reportable. This is general information only — consult a qualified tax professional or attorney about your own situation.
It is your responsibility to determine whether using a particular betting site is lawful for you. Nothing here is legal advice.
How we make money, and what commission does not buy
Top Offshore Betting Sites earns affiliate commission. When you click a link to an offshore sportsbook and open an account, we may be paid by that operator. That revenue keeps the site free to read.
Commercial relationships do not decide rankings or editorial ratings. An operator cannot buy a higher position, a better score, or the removal of a criticism. Where we have concerns about payout reliability, bonus terms or transparency, we say so, including about sites we earn from. Some operators we cover pay us nothing; some that pay well are ranked low.
Our ratings and what they mean
Ratings on this site are editorial scores assigned by our team. They are not customer review averages, not user polls, and not test results — we have not deposited, wagered or withdrawn at these operators. Our work is desk research, verification against operator documentation, and monitoring of publicly reported payout behavior.
The scores currently published across the site:
| Sportsbook | Editorial rating | Advertised welcome offer |
|---|---|---|
| Lucky Rebel | 10.0 | 125% up to $1,250 + 50 FreeBet |
| Bovada | 9.7 | 50% up to $250 |
| BetOnline | 9.6 | $250 in free bets |
| BetNow | 9.5 | 125% up to $2,500 |
| Everygame | 9.2 | 100% up to $500 |
| BetUS | 9.1 | 100% up to $2,000 sports, 25% casino |
| Sportsbetting | 8.8 | 50% up to $250 in free bets |
| Xbet | 8.8 | 50% up to $200 with credit card |
| MyBookie | 8.6 | 100% up to $1,000 for new players |
| ApuestaHoy | 8.3 | 200% welcome offer |
Every figure in that table is the operator's own advertised claim as recorded on our fact-check date. All of them carry rollover, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility conditions set by the operator. Read the full bonus terms on the operator's site before you deposit. Our high-odds sportsbook comparison goes into pricing, reduced juice and market depth in detail.
How the ranked sportsbooks are described here
Three examples of how our terms apply in practice to the listings you'll see:
- Lucky Rebel (10.0) — our highest editorial score, driven by breadth of markets and a sign-up offer larger than most. The advertised 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 free bet is a matched deposit, not free money: you must fund the account, and the bonus is subject to the operator's rollover, minimum-odds and expiry rules. Limitation: it is a newer name with a shorter public payout history than the established sportsbooks below it, so we treat its reliability as unproven rather than demonstrated.
- Bovada (9.7) — long-running and widely used by US bettors, with a conservative 50% up to $250 welcome bonus that has comparatively modest rollover exposure because the headline number is small. Limitation: the smaller cap will disappoint bonus-hunters, and availability is restricted in several states under the operator's own terms.
- BetOnline (9.6) — deep market coverage across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf and MMA, plus racebook and live betting. The $250 in free bets is stake-not-returned and tied to qualifying wager and minimum-odds conditions. Limitation: free-bet structures convert to withdrawable cash more slowly than a straight deposit match, and card deposits can fail more often than crypto.
We describe features and pricing as advertised. Reduced vig, higher betting limits and specific point spread, moneyline, totals, futures, parlay, same-game parlay or prop bet offerings change without notice, and we cannot warrant that what we recorded is live today.
Money: what using these sportsbooks costs you
Reading ride2recovery.com costs nothing. Betting does. Terms relating to money that you should understand before acting on anything here:
- Deposits. Offshore sportsbooks commonly accept cryptocurrency, bank cards, bank wire, money transfer and voucher or player-to-player transfers. Card acceptance for US customers is inconsistent — issuers decline gambling transactions regularly — so verify with the operator rather than assuming a method works.
- Withdrawals. Crypto payouts are usually the fastest route; wire and check by courier are slower and more likely to carry fees. Minimums, maximums per request and weekly caps are set by each operator.
- Fees. Some operators offer one free withdrawal per period and charge for further requests. Network fees on crypto are yours.
- Crypto volatility. If you deposit or are paid in cryptocurrency, the US dollar value can move sharply between transactions. That risk is real and separate from the outcome of your bets.
- KYC. Verification is often lighter than at regulated US operators, but identity documents can be requested at any point — typically before a first payout. Expect delays if your documents don't match your account details.
All amounts on this site are illustrative and in US dollars. You can lose the money you deposit. You can also lose money you have legitimately won if an offshore sportsbook delays or refuses payment, and no US authority can compel it to pay.
Adjacent products on the operators we cover
Most of these operators run more than a sportsbook. The same account often opens an online casino, live dealer tables, poker and a horse racing racebook. Those sections carry their own rules: casino play usually contributes to bonus rollover at a different rate or not at all, racebook wagers may be excluded from sports promotions entirely, and poker rake is treated separately. A welcome offer advertised for sports may not apply to casino play, and vice versa — BetUS, for example, advertises separate sports and casino percentages. Treat each product line's terms as distinct.
No guarantees, no picks, no promises
Nothing on this site is a prediction of outcome or a promise of profit. Betting tips, odds analysis and market commentary are opinion and context only. There are no guaranteed bets and no "locks." Betting is not an income source and should never be used to solve a financial problem or to recover previous losses.
We provide information without warranty of any kind. Odds, lines, bonus figures, payment availability and licensing details change frequently; we correct errors when we find them but cannot guarantee that every detail is current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Offshore Betting Sites is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with any operator listed on it.
