Aug. 23 - 29, 2013 The Event will begin in Chicago and finish in Detroit, Michigan. Ride for one day or all the way. The ride will be limited to 200 participants with a minimum $3000 donation. (Wounded Warriors ride FREE) Your $75 registration fee is applied to your fundraising goal. All injured veterans ride for free. There is an active duty Military or VA employee discount. The riders will receive a Ride 2 Recovery jersey, socks, and T-shirt. The donation will also include hotel housing, limited rider support, luggage transportation (70lbs max), daily route guides, marked course, rest stops, snacks, meals. There may also be nighttime entertainment on selected evenings. All riders MUST register online. Healing Heroes please note: participation is by invitation only and your online registration does not guarantee you a slot. This ride is rated Category "D" (not as difficult) Invitational criteria may be based on one or more of the following: 1. Category (difficulty) of the ride 2. Ride 2 Recovery One Day Ride - New!!
